Delivery
Delivery is charged at £5.99 for orders under £60 and free for orders over £60. We also offer free local delivery and click and collect, see below.
We currently deliver to the UK mainland only (not including Northern Ireland or the Scottish Islands), with a 3 business day delivery service.

Where a signature is required to make delivery, our couriers reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour, please let us know at the time of ordering if this is not suitable.
Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who will need to report the theft to Police.
Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to a future order. All damaged goods must be signed for as damaged by the driver or alternatively refused and we must be notified, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.
The courier will try to deliver twice, after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost. We can’t accept responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Free local delivery
We deliver free within a 5 mile radius of central Stockport. This will be automatically applied when you order online. Deliveries will usually be made within 2 business days.
Click and collect
You can order online and collect from our warehouse in Hazel Grove, Stockport. Just select this free option at checkout, and call us on 0161 4840890 during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 15.00) to arrange collection. The collection address is Unit 4b, Pepper Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, Cheshire, SK7 5BW.
