Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from us, you are confirming that you accept our Terms and Conditions

Orders
It is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks under the Licensing Act 1964. It is also an offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of a minor (aged under 18).  By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over and do not intend to supply a minor. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this and our delivery partner, DPD, may ask for identification before delivery.

As we are a wholesaler, we carry a large amount of stock and are proud of our range and stock levels.  However, we can’t guarantee the availability of all products.  We will try to supply beers exactly as specified but occasionally we may supply alternative beers of a similarly high quality in the event of an item being unavailable. If you would prefer that we contact you to check your preferences before dispatching substitutes, please add a note to your order at the checkout.

Payments

We accept payment by debit or credit card.  Our payment processor for online payments is Square.  All payment details are securely encrypted and PCI compliant.

Prices
Prices are in £pounds sterling and include VAT.  In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before picking your order to ask if you would like to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel.  We’re not obliged to supply items at the incorrect price.

Order amendments

If you’d like to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0161 4840890, with your order number.  You can change your order until the point where it has been packed ready for dispatch.

Unfortunately, we can’t exchange, refund or replace items that the customer or recipient doesn’t like, but we’re happy to recommend an alternative.

Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us and we welcome your comments and suggestions.  If you have a complaint, please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible, giving as much detail are you can.  We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and to resolve as soon as possible.

Our packaging is approved by our delivery partner to minimise breakages.  In the unlikely event that you need to make a breakage claim, please take a photo of the broken goods.

Imports

All goods are imported by ourselves directly, in accordance with current HMRC regulations, including the payment of the prevailing UK import duty.

Crime Prevention
For the purposes of crime prevention and prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police or other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in line with current legislation.
