Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK mainland only.  See our Delivery section for details of terms and prices.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes, you can collect from our warehouse in Hazel Grove, Stockport.  Just select this free option at checkout, and call us on 0161 4840890 during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 15.00) to arrange collection. The collection address is Unit 4b, Pepper Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, Cheshire, SK7 5BW.

Can I amend my order?

You can amend your order as long as the order has not been packed ready for dispatch.  Please call us as soon as possible on 0161 4840890.

Can I have a delivery address which is different to my invoice address (e.g. for a gift)?

Yes, you can specify a different address to the invoice address at checkout.

My order is a gift, can I include a gift card?

Yes, please add the details at checkout (including who the gift is from) and we will pop a handwritten card in for you.

Can I order gift packaging?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer gift packaging.

Can I arrange a specific date and time for my delivery?

Our delivery partner, DPD, don’t offer a time specific delivery service, but they will notify you of a delivery slot on the day of delivery.

How will my order be packaged?

We use sturdy cardboard boxes which are recycled and recyclable.  The padders we use are compostable. Glasses are wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard. Our packaging is approved by our delivery partner to minimise breakages.  In the unlikely event that you need to make a breakage claim, please take a photo of the broken goods.

If you choose to click and collect, please bring your used German beer bottles to us, as we send these back to be recycled. Talk to us about taking and returning crates rather than using boxes if you would like to.
